Terms of Service
By placing an order on wearchaptertwo.com, you accept the following terms.
1. Products All pieces sold on Chapter II are preowned and sold as-is. It is accepted that pieces are preowned and may show signs of prior wear consistent with their age and condition grade, as described in the listing. Every piece is inspected, authenticated, condition-graded, and described accurately in its listing. Listings include brand, era, size, measurements, and condition. Pieces are sold in the condition shown in product photographs.
2. One-of-one inventory Every piece is unique. Pieces are not restocked, duplicated, or replenished. Listing availability reflects current inventory at the time of viewing.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are final at the time of order placement. Chapter II does not run sales, markdowns, or discount codes.
4. Orders An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Chapter II reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, including for inventory errors, payment verification, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations. Where an order is cancelled by Chapter II, the full amount is refunded.
5. Payment Accepted payment methods include card, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (subject to limits set in the Shipping Policy).
6. Shipping & risk Shipping terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order is handed to the courier.
7. Returns & exchanges Returns and exchanges are governed by the separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.
8. Authentication Every piece is verified by Chapter II's authentication team. If a piece is independently verified to be inauthentic, Chapter II will provide a full refund.
9. Chargebacks By placing an order, the customer agrees to attempt resolution through Chapter II's customer service before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer or bank. Chargebacks raised without prior contact, or for circumstances covered by these policies, may be contested.
10. Intellectual property All brand names, trademarks, and logos shown on Chapter II belong to their respective owners. Chapter II resells authentic preowned goods. Chapter II is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand whose pieces appear in the inventory.
11. Limitation of liability Chapter II's liability is limited to the value of the purchase. Chapter II is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
13. Changes to terms Chapter II reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the date of revision.
